Terms of Service

1. Services

I provide software development services including bug fixes, code reviews, API integrations, feature development, and related technical work. Each task is scoped and quoted individually before work begins.

2. Payment

• Payment is due before work begins, unless otherwise agreed.
• Accepted methods: PayPal, Wise, UPI.
• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
• The discovery call is free with no obligation.

3. Refunds

If I cannot solve the problem as quoted, you get a full refund. No questions, no drama. Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Code Ownership

• You own all code I write for you upon full payment.
• I retain no rights to your code or business logic.
• I may use generic, non-proprietary techniques learned during the work.

5. Confidentiality

I treat all client code and business information as confidential. I will not share, sell, or disclose your code to third parties. Code is deleted from my systems after delivery and confirmation. NDA available upon request.

6. Liability

• My maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific task.
• I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• You are responsible for testing and deploying code to production.
• You are responsible for backups before I make changes.

7. Delivery

• Work is delivered as pull requests (preferred) or zip files.
• Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees.
• Urgent work (2x rate) is prioritized for same-day delivery when possible.

8. Revisions

If the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, I will fix it at no additional cost. Scope changes or new requirements are quoted separately.

9. Communication

Primary communication is via WhatsApp. I aim to respond within a few hours during working hours (IST). I do not guarantee instant responses.

10. Disputes

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion first. If we cannot resolve it, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in West Bengal, India.
